 ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK rewarded for best cooperation with the Financial System Mediator
On January 25, 2010, the Financial System Mediator’s office marked the close of its first year of operation. During the event, Mrs. Piruz Sargsyan, the Financial System Mediator, awarded certificates to financial institutions which stood out for their cooperation with the Mediator’s office. ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK was awarded the “Best Cooperating Bank” title.
The Financial System Mediator office is an independently governed institution founded by the Central Bank of Armenia, with the mandate to facilitate the resolution of material disputes between individual consumers and financial institutions. The Mediator’s office renders it services to the general population free of charge.
